what r some good exersises to get rid of fat on ur hip and love handles?!

Hula hooping! Seriously...concentrates on exactly that area and its fun! Also a cheap option as they are not expensive.

overall weight loss is the only way to go - we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off. different people have different places in their bodies fat reserves are being kept most likely.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

My mom says when she got fat, she ate only four loaves of little round bread and drank lots of water until lunch. She lost fat easily. My sister enrolled in a school that looks like a city and walks from one building to another. And now, she is not a fat gal anymore.

Depends on the extent of the problem ! I find some extra padding in these areas quite attractive ......

Bulit for comfort not for speed !

Have you tried a combination of exercise & diet ?

Cardio and hip twists. I recommend doing elipticals.

15 minutes of sex burns 300 calories. Get your *** out of the refrigerator and into the bedroom.
