So, I'm trying to branch out on what I keep in my fridge, and I need some reccomendations. I can't get out too much, so I eat almost every meal at home. It can't take too long to prepare, cause I have a 5 month old baby. Just give me a list of what you normally eat every day PLEASE?

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and everything in between. Thank you!!!

breakfast - toasted pita pocket stuffed with cottage cheese and lots of veggies and lettuce and coffee
snack- ff yogurt with cereal
lunch - salad made of veggies with vinegar, boiled chicken
snack - apple and orange, coffee and rice cake
dinner - steamed veggies (eggplant, broccoli, snow peas, zuccini, yuca) with turkey
snack - baby carrots, pear

Lunch: Protein Shake or Bar

Dinner: Steamed Vegetables and Protein (Chicken or Fish) maybe with some rice or a potato...

No snacks, no cheats, nothing... If you want to be super fit, you have to sacrifice...

My son is super fit plays basketball, cycles and goes to the gym regularly. All I see him eat is mars bars.

vegetables, fruits and water...rice, fish, meat,bread,beans....
