Hey everyone.. just curious if anyone can help.
In may I plan to start doing Jazzercise everyday after work, at which I will ride my bike to and from. The bike ride totals a 4 mile ride daily, 2 miles there and 2 back. If I did both these activities everyday, how many calories do you suppose this will burn. I have already lost 25 pounds, just curious how much more I could lose.

How many calories burned is based on your weight as well well as the time spent during the jazzercise (aerobic exercise) and the mph (speed) at which you are biking...not the miles you travel. Please go to this website, enter your weight, then find aerobics (time performed and level) and it will tell you the calories you are burning. Find out how fast you are riding your bike then do the same procedure again and it will tell you the calories you are burning when biking.

We can't predict how much more you will lose. This is based on your weight, how often you exercise, how hard you work while exercising, how many calories you consume in a day, etc. Just keep your calories limited and exercise on a regular basis and you will achieve your goal. Good luck!
