the way can help you lose weight is to do weight training exercise and cardio exercise combine with proper eating, such as low fat and low carbohydrates and don't forget to drink protein after your workout.

You're doing good with the treadmill. I heard that 20 minutes of cardio a day is good, and you're exceeding that (no problem at all). I also try to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. For the past week and a half, I've been drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day, and I found that I've lost about 4 pounds over that week and a half. Whether I can attribute that to the green tea, I'm not sure, but green tea is very beneficial for you and I've heard that it speeds up your metabolism.

it's really not rocket science. people need to understand the basics, not the fads.

you will want to restrict your daily calories to around 1500 in combination with keeping up that treadmill.

breakfast should be important and based on whole grain cereals, not sugary ones. try adding variation with sultanas, banana and low fat yoghurt.

for lunch try tuna salad, pasta salad, wholegrain sandwich (2 slices only) NO MAYO and little butter. in between go for fruits like apples, grapes. dont have anymore banana if already had for breakfast.

dinner will be meats like fish and poultry, perhaps the odd lean steak. lots of green vegetables, and allow yourself once in a while some potato and pasta but not loads. crucially do not use fats like butter, creams or bad oils. only cook with a small amount of olive oil.

if you need dessert have another low fat yoghurt.

try to finish your daily eating by 1800 and do not eat afterwards. if you must, then limit to some grapes or fruit or a hot drink like tea or hot lemon to satiate appetite.

the rule is simple. 1500 cals a day made up of everything without fat and too many carbs. push all carbs down to the first 1/2 of the day.

seriously... this isn't a joke or a scam, i lost SO much weight doing this and it SUX but it totally works, eat nothing but eggs, tuna, fish, organic chicken, beef or lamb, and vegis, almonds and goats cheese (if you like it) drink nothing but purified water and herbal tea, and you will drop pounds like crazy... to get that flat stomach, try putting your toes under your couch and seeing how many sit ups you can do, even if it is just 5 or even 10, try to do a little more each day... eventually your abs will be sweet... i did this and after 4 months of having my second baby i looked better then i did in high school... good luck! More then anything its will power... if you don't have discipline your not going to be able to do it... put fat pictures of you all over your fridge... :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
