The Homeopathic remedies ARNICA MONTANA, BRYONIA ALBA and RHUS TOX all three in 30 or 200 potency taken all together three times a day will cure your back without any side effects or complications and keep your back problems from reoccurring. Nothing works like Homeopathic Medicine.

Take Care and God Bless.

If inflamation is what is causing your back pain then there is obviously something that is causing it. Proper stretching and some massage can help eleviate some of the inflamation along with heat and ice.

Until you know exactly what is causing the inflamation I would suggest staying away from chiropractors cuz they can make things worse. Popping your back can also cause more issues by causing a nerve to get pinched.

Have your doctor do an MRI to narrow down exactly what is causing the inflamation and pain.

Thats a tricky question to answer. Chiro[practic adjustment may help you. You may be out of alignment leading to the inflamation. Could be Arthritis(inflamation of the joints) . There are joints in the back called Facet joints. They become inflamed in the lower back and can make you feel like hell. If you pain is lower back, throbbing, goes to the thigh(s) and or groin areas, kinda just feels stiff and sore. Is worse when Standing, sitting , or walking, and does NOT shoot down your leg(s) I would say go for the adjustment. If that does not help, there are Pain Managment clinics that can give you a Facet Joint Injection(Steroid injection) which is very ,very effective in helping with that type of pain.

Obviously the inflammation is being caused by something.

If you've just pulled a muscle, medication should help but if the root cause of the inflammation is something else like a buldging disc, adjustment should help.

You will be surprised how a small amount of spinal manipulation, by a qualified practitioner, can make you feel so much better.

I have had a spinal fusion and in my experience inflammation needs rest and care with the occasional medication help. No chiropractor could have helped me prior to surgery and in fact would have made things alot worst. If you have recurring back problems that are more than just annoying pain, I suggest you see your doctor and ask for an MRI scan to evaluate exactly what is going on. Good luck.
