1)so i cant help but stan on my tippy toes when i do squats...i can feel it working tho...so is it ok to not stand lfat footed?!
2) how many should i do each day?
3) should i use dumbells?
4) but if i dont use dumbells will it still work?
5) if i do lke 3 sets of 10 each day how long till i get results

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

you have to do squats with whole feet on the floor. the move is about the same you do when you sit down on toilet.
do as much as you can (10-20reps) in 2-3 sets.
