These past few weeks all I have wanted to eat is nuts. I have been working out for the last 4 weeks does this have anything to do with it?

it happens if you are listening what your body is trying to tell you - i get it all the time, craving different kind of foods.
your body probably needs healthy fats, maybe some extra calories if you are undereating.
eat a little bit every day and cravings will go away in a few days (weeks).
