Well recently I've been under tremendous stress from work and I find myself hardly eating. It's not that I don't want to eat or I'm starving myself. If I take more than a drink I'll feel extremely bloated which sucks. And I've lost quite a noticable amount of weight, and now i look gross.
Here's my daily diet: 2 cups of coffee, at most 2 slices of bread. This has been going on for about approx 3 to 4 weeks.
Anyone has any idea on how to get my appetite back?

Definitely go to a Doctor or you'll end up really ill. 2 coffees and 2 slices of bread is NO sort of diet for anyone (it's basically just bread and water!).

Your work stress probably has something to do with your lack of appetite and you need to learn to relax (get advice on meditation, take some exercise each day, listen to music etc.), then perhaps your appetite will come back. But, do go to a Doctor first as there may be something else wrong.

Nope, now not scientific. Sounds to me like she simply recollects being hungry. If you ever watch rescue suggests, they feed ravenous puppies very small quantities in the beginning, since they'll inhale something that holds nonetheless at that factor. Often, they by no means develop out of it after they are rescued. I rescued a ravenous cat that used to be the equal means for over a yr, even if he used to be at a well weight and being fed typically, he begged, whined, and stole meals regularly. He did ultimately relax a bit of, but it surely took many years. Keep her on a feeding plan that is healthful for her, and do not permit her con you into further meals.

Coffee causes you to lose your appetite. Trying cutting back to one cup of coffee a day, see if you notice a difference.
