Feeling really stressed, depressed, i really feel like i'm crumbling inside with everything at the moment. Particularly work. It's killing me and i think i may have meltdown at work either today, but most likely tomorrow.
I know i need to talk to the boss, but i have felt to wussy to do it in the past few weeks. He's not in this weekend, so what can i do.

Any tips to get me through another week would be greatly appreciated?

Try not to think about it. Think of things that are pleasant to you while working, and drown out the mess that's getting you down. It's easier said then done, but will help. However, this is just a short term mild remedy and you should seek some professional help for maybe depression or anxiety. If you don't and just keep drowning it out, eventually it will become overwhelming and potentially dangerous. So just take it easy, take it day by day, brush it off, and remember that all of it won't matter in the long run.

Seriously, I understand your concerns of wanting to talk to our boss but if you are feeling this bad then it seems that you need the help immediately before things do get worse and I don't think your boss would even want that for you. You can take yourself or have someone take you to your local ER and explain the feelings you are having and if they do not have the facilities to treat you there then they will transfer you somewhere where you can get the help you need. If it gets too overwhelming you can always call 911. Please get the help you need before you have a "meltdown" so it will be easier to treat. I wish you the best~

argh i learned all about this in the hospital i was at, but i just cant seem to remember. any ways, try and figure out the best way for you to relieve stress, whether it be a hobby, such as jogging or painting, screaming into a pillow, or talking with someone about it. please dont let it get out of control. i let the same things get to me and i became suicidal. i dont want this to happen to you too, but if you ever feel you are becoming this way, please get help. its not worth the pain and suffering.
