I totally disagree with Nikki!
Nikki...that may be YOUR experience...but every woman is different.
Masturbation on your own before sexual contact with another can produce an orgasm.
As to age...it depends on the individual and how far she'll go. Most children feel the urge, touch the spot and leave it alone. Some can take it to fruition. It just depends on the individual and the surroundings/circumstance. Most parents will stop a child from masturbating "in the public view" and some children get a sense of shame. If left to the task...it can come to an orgasm of immaturity that can be mastered through the upcoming years!
Just depends!

As soon as she has become sexually active...and is having sex with a partner who KNOWS how to pleasure her!
I had some sex at 18 and never felt an orgasm, I was with my ( ex ) husband, he did not know what HE was doing either...I just accepted it.
BUT at 21, we were divorcing and I had a man who knew how to PLEASURE a woman! and I had my first orgasm!
BUT if there is physical attraction and LOVE and the guy knows what he is doing and takes time to PLEASE then as soon as a girl becomes sexually active she can have orgasms...they do not come with AGE they come with duel feelings and experienced a partner .
P.S. SPELLING IT does not matter, KNOWING how to GIVE one and HAVE one is MORE important.
THANKS for asking this question! IF more people enjoyed their partners, with ORGASMS the world would be a HAPPIER and NOISIER PLACE!
NOTE: I DID say as soon as a GIRL becomes sexually active did I NOT? "As soon as she has become sexually active.."
I added WITH a partner...
YES some people MIGHT reach an orgasim while masterbating, but it is MORE pleasurable with a parnter.
Children should NOT be allowed to masterbate, that is a sexual feeling left to becoming an adult, not a CHILD. IF we do not allow ADULTS to have sex with a child then WHY let a child masterbate?
Yes I know it is natural for children to EXPLORE, but would you let them explore with MATCHES!???
OR a car?
GET REAL!
Masterbation should be talked about when they learn about sex. AS well as ORGASIMS!
FYI...
ANOTHER thing getting RAPED will not produce a orgasim for the VICTIM, orgasims need to be felt in pleasure not PAIN!
Children do not know what they are doing and can hurt themselves.
Then that would LOOK bad taking a child into the DOCTORS for some sexually orentied PAIN or problem...THE questions that could come from that!
AND do you think a KID will admit TOUCHING THEMSELVES??
BIG CAN OF WORMS LADY...you sound evil!
allowing children to masterbate!
TISK TISK!
