a friend of mine has started using cocaine about once a week and has been having alot of mouth problems from what i know she only snorts it so would that cause mouth problems? and she has recently been diagnosed with pleurisy would that cause it... plz give detailed answers so i can show her... maybe it will aide in her getting help thank you

As a child, my former dentist would cut the insides of my cheeks before sticking thru a shot to numb my mouth... on both sides even tho the cavity was only on one. Now those areas have "flapped" or scarred as a mass of tissue. Does anyone know any reason WHY a dentist would do this??

Needless to say, I'm no longer with them.

I had my wisdom tooth removed on April 3rd. I ended up getting a Dry Socket. Although it was very dull and persistant pain, it wasn't as painful as I have been told. During that time I noticed a small bulge of my cheek filling in where the tooth was pulled. It did get smaller but then came back larger and was like a little ball inside my cheek. So to ask my questiuon again where does the Parotid Saliva Gland drain into your mouth from? Also could the gland be damaged from pulling a wisdom tooth? Any answers or direction where I can find some answers would be great.

My husband has this lump think i guess you could call it at his butt hole. It doesn't hurt at all, no bleeding, no discoloration. It's "Uncomfortable". Could this be a hemorrhoid? If so, what is the easiest way to get rid of it? Do the wipes and the creams work? Must he see a doctor? He doesn't really want to do that just because he doesn't want to deal with that but if that's the only way then he will. Do they always hurt,bleed?

This question is to be taken seriously. Anyone who wants to joke around about it will be immediately reported.

She is going through repeated trauma. She has already taken various therapies like shirodhara, basti, abhyanga etc. and taking medicines also. She keeps taking abhyanga once in a month then she feels only one percent relaxation then she wants peace and care and if opposite of that happens then she finds herself in a terrible situation. She is having severe mood swings and she is unable to cope with severe stress. She herself says that she is not being herself and feels that she has gone crazy. She says she doesn't know what she says and how she has to behave? She feels that she has severe memory loss also. She even decided to commit suicide and wrote letter also. She is living with her in laws who are torturing her and not let her marriage certificate made. What should she do????? She wants to finish her life and can take this step any moment.

I had 2 molars pulled on the top in the far back 10 days ago. I am severe pain. The gum is absess like. I have went through
2 scripts of vicodin, a couple percacets, some loritab, a whole bottle of ibprofen, a whole bottle of advil, bottle of excedrin, and some goodies! Nothing is working. My dentist says I probley have dry socket but that it is to healed to tear open. How can I deal with the pain before I od on otc medications?

I have been feeling extremely sad the last week or two (possibly longer, I haven't really kept track). I don't know if it is because of circumstances or if I truly am depressed. At this point it feels pretty severe. I have been crying for about 3 hours tonight, and can't seem to stop. I have never cried for this long.

I am 5'7" almost 300 pounds. I had a baby 10 months ago. I have never been this big! Any tips on dieting and exercise?

I'm 17 and my BMI is says i'm a healthy weight but I don't agree and I want to lose 10-15kgs. (I would still be in the healthy weight range)

I drink plenty of water (4000mls a day). I try to go for a walk for atleast half an hour each day. I eat alright. I try to limit fried food and eat fruit. I don't drink or smoke.

This is a huge change from my old diet. I've been doing this for about 4months and i've only lost about 6kgs.

It's hard for me to run because I have back problems but i'm doing strength exercises and starting to jog.

I thought I was doing everything right? Why is my weight loss very small? What can I do to start seeing results?

I'm planning to wake up at 6am and take my dog running every morning. Is this a good idea?

I've been getting a lot of preg symptoms including nausea, enlarged breasts and stomach. I haven't missed a period and all the tests are negative. But I feel throbbing in my stomach and I keep thinking, I didn't really have sex. I dry hump and 1 time, I only had pajamas but he had pants on. Is there still a possiblity? Can I trust the test?

The blood test I took was 13 days post possible conception and hCg level less that 2...

please please please HELP ME!

This has been happening for 7 or 8 weeks.
