Yes, some OB/GYNs do labioplasty. As for how much it costs, it depends on the insurance company and whether or not they will cover the procedure since it is usually classified as a cosmetic procedure. The surgeon that would most likely do it if you find an OB/GYN won't do it is a plastic surgeon.

I've had the surgery done 10 years ago and I have had nothing but problems ever since I got it done. I now have a condition called vulvodynia because of the procedure. I also have some nerve damage because of that procedure that I had done. The reason I had it done was because I had excess skin that was causing pain and irritation when I would wear panties and pants.

I would recommend finding out if you have a hormone imbalance going on that could be causing the problem there before having surgery.
