Sweety not to be rude but there are over 45,000 threads about this exact topic, so I would start by looking through some of those...
However I will help you out. Losing weight is not as difficult as everyone says it is. All you have to do to lose weight is not eat so much...that's it. You have to get less calories in a day and by doing so your body feeds off of stored fat for energy, thereby making you lose weight.
So just take the average amount of calories that you get in a day and decrease it by 300-400, and maybe throw in 3-4 cardio workouts during the week, something simply like biking, or jogging for 20-30 min. You should start to see results in a week or two.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
