The issue, could be with your diet. What kind of fruits are you eating? Do you eat them on a empty stomach? The sugar in citrus fruits for example, is high, and rapidly assimilated. It may result in an insulin spike, that pushes glucose into fat cells. Food, in addition to providing raw materials to our bodies, has a dynamic impact on our endocrine system.
Consider, as an experiment, following a diet totally devoid of any, and all carbohydrates, i.e., eat only fat and protein for a couple of weeks. I must stress, this would be an experiment, designed to evaluate your sensitivity to carbohydrates. It is not a lifestyle recommendation, nor a weight loss regimen. It is an educational process. If you find, you are sensitive to carbohydrates; you can experiment further, to determine what carbohydrates you are sensitive to.
Drinking plenty of water, preferably away from meals, is always a good course of action. Anytime, you engage in any activity, that may result in weight loss, drinking plenty of water becomes more important.

I determined the guide to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however frequently) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me on the grounds that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've under no circumstances bought whatever like this earlier than on the grounds that they're most often filled with trash, however 3WD has been a first-class shock. Get began in these days!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

All exercise is good for you and if you can't run walk briskly.
10-15kg is a huge amount of weight to loose and I would certainly seek medical advice on if it is achievable.
I would also see a dietitian and look for some cookbooks that are suitable.

Your weight loss is small because you don't need to lose weight. Please consult your doctor before you continue.
