Hello im 15 yrs old and i weight 200 , im football player but i wanna lose some weight
i heard ppl saying that i should drink 100 oz of water a day, but i heard other ppl that i might get sick of drinking too much water
so my question is , how much is too much water? or how many liter of water should i drink?

both my nuckles are purple and swollen.i dont know if there broke or just badly bruised it hurts to piont them or make a tight closed fist.what to do with my hand? .if they are broken what to do with out going to hospital.? do i just ace it and put ice.

Well its like this... I seem to be living on a different planet for the last few months. It all started when I was writing my PhD thesis. I used to stay up for 24 hours and sleep for 12 hours... my day used to be 36 hours instead of the usual 24. Now I can't seem to get out of the cycle. I still like to have the 36 hour day. However, its interfering with my life and job now and I would like to get back to Earth. Any suggestions?

The lump is in my left breast and it moves. I went to the doctor today and he told me I have a breast infection. I can't figure out how that is possible without breastfeeding or at least recently giving birth. He put me on antibiotics for 5 days, but i am not feeling comfortable with his diagnosis.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Right now I eat very unhealthy always junk food,fast food sodas, but Im starting a new diet and wanted to start eating better, and I was wondering about how much weight can I plan to lose with only eating about 400 calories a day, I know thats its not alot of calories, but that food does keep my full I have been trying it already for a couple of days.

... Then why are anorexic people or people who don't eat much skinny? Shouldn't their bodies go into starvation mode and don't lose any weight? Or does your body eventually quit starvation mode after an extended period and you start losing weight?

My 7 year old Grandson has arrived for the weekend, he has a really nasty rash raised spots, the skin is very warm to the touch, only where his underpants cover. He is not unwell in himself, I think its probably an allergy rash - washing powder probably. The thing is what can I use to eleviate and calm it down that is safe on a 7 year old, particularly in tender places?!?

I need to lose about 100 lbs to be at a healthy weight. I love food, I am addicted to it. I love fatty greasy foods and I eat a lot of food everyday. I don't like most fruits and I don't like salad. I also don't like fish or anything like that. I am very picky. My schedule is also very busy and I don't have time to exercise. By the time I have some extra time, I'm ready for bed. I would like to lose this weight by the end of the year. Does anyone know how I can do this?

is it normal that my jaw still hurts after my widom teeth (all 4) were removed a week ago? I went to the oral surgeon 2 days ago and she said that they looked like they were healing well and she didnt want to break open the new skin if she didnt have to. I am still taking vicodin every few hours and advil as well. I know everyone heals at a different pace but does it usually take this long?

I've been on subscription morphine & vicodin for
about 6 years (30mg morphine & 7.5mg vicodin).
6 morphine & 4 vicodin per day. I had serious pain
after a spinal fusion operation w/bone graft at VA
hospital. During the process, I had a nerve compressed as in a vice between a side plate &
a vertabrea, the pain was horrible & no way could I
go without takeing pain meds. I've tried to stop on
my own, but can't get past the withdrawls to find out
if I still have that much pain going on. The VA in
Reno doesn't have a rehab program & the one in
L.A. isn't set up for my type of problem. VA is all I
have, so I'm kind of hung-up.
