is it normal that my jaw still hurts after my widom teeth (all 4) were removed a week ago? I went to the oral surgeon 2 days ago and she said that they looked like they were healing well and she didnt want to break open the new skin if she didnt have to. I am still taking vicodin every few hours and advil as well. I know everyone heals at a different pace but does it usually take this long?

It is common that your mouth is still sore it may take another week or two depending on your gum's sensitivity. Advil really helps a sore gum :D so take your doctor's advice.

ALL FOUR!?
I feel sorry for you. I had one of mine removed, and after that I swore I would never again let anyone touch the rest of my wisdom teeth. I'm gonna make them come out, and I'm gonna make them come out straight. Of course it's still gonna hurt, what the hell do you think.
