This could be merely(?) stress if you're the super-achiever type, and it's psychological.
However, it needs to be ruled out that it's not a serious heart problem.
Show this answer to your Mom and ask her if she'd like a dead kid.
Sorry, I know that's hard to think about, but we're trying to prevent it from becoming fact.

The blacking out is the most common symptom of low blood pressure, and as far as the fast heart rate, don't really know about that due to your young age. I'd think you are physically fit, right? Sometimes when a person is "out of shape" a little activity will cause a racing pulse. But in your case, I don't know. When you want to stand from a sitting or lying position, just do it s-l-o-w-l-y, giving time for things to equalize.

do you actually fall over ? or do you feel faint?
Its a classic description of low blood pressure. Your heart has to work harder.
Get the school nurse to check your blood pressure and see if she can recommend a doctor.
Before you stand up flex the thigh muscles a few times, that can get your pressure up enough that you dont feel dizzy when you stand .
You may also be very unfit, if you dont get much exercise then climbing stairs is a lot of work .

Probabaly just need to build up your stamia thru exercise, however sugar problems such as diabeties could casue balckouts and vision problems.
The next big probably other than exercise is Anemia, ( low Blood) a doctor will usuually prescribe Iron tablets to bumb it back up. Anemia happens to a lot of folks, it to me when I was about your age....you could be sitting down for a while; say reading a book then stand up all of suddenly and 'Wham" you would get swimmy headed for a few seconds.
Hope this helps... but go to a doctor to be sure

Sounds like orthostatic hypotension to me. Your blood does not circulate to your head when you suddenly stand up. Usually not serious but it occurs mostly in older people. You are young so this is unusual. Ask you mother to get you examined again just to rule out a serious problem (probably not one) but it needs to be checked out. If all else fails, go to the school nurse and discuss with her.
Good luck

Do not ignore it. You are right asking help. Get help and go see a doctor, and have your blood pressure checked, as well as your liver functions.
If you are drinking too much Coke, pepsi, sodas or coffee and tea, refrain immediately and help yourself with non fizzy lemonades and plenty of water.

Please get your blood pressure checked, if your mum won't take you to the doctors, many chemists offer the check as a free service.
