if your cramps are on the lower right side of your abdomen, then it is probably appendicitis. i had the exact same symptoms as you. i thought it was nothing out of the ordinary but when i went to the doctor he said it was appedicitis and i had to have surgery the next day.

the extra serious place for me to get a Charlie Horse is contained in the calves of my legs in the process the evening whilst slumbering or whether i'm sitting and in basic terms stretch out my legs. anyplace you get one, although, hurts like the "devil", in my opinion.

If its in the lower abdomen right side, you need to get to the ER...that's where you appendix is...and it may need to be taken out...Better safe than sorry.

It can be you appendix , be alarm if you also have fever and diarrhea, it may be an inflammation in your intestines, just go to your doctor .
