Doing ab workouts won't help you lose fat on your belly, just create muscle underneath the fat. Once you burn off all the fat (arebics are the best bet) you can start the ab workouts. You say you eat anything around you, well this is where your going wrong. you cannot just anything and excerize and expect results. you must eat healthy in order to acheive your goal, and keep on excersizing. You could also do weightlifting since the more muscle you gain, the more calories your body burns during rest. That will help you lose the fat around your stomach as well.
Hope i helped.

You can't "spot train." Meaning...you can't just lose fat in certain spots in your body. If you want to lose flab, cardio exercises (running especially) and a proper diet will eventually reduce your body fat. Only doing ab excercises is completely and utterly useless if youre trying to get rid of the fat in your belly area. If you had low fat around there, and you did a bunch of sit-ups, THEN you will look more buff there. Does that make sense? Depending on your god-given genetic makeup and how fast your metabolism works will affect how quick and where you lose fat. Hope this helps!

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss. your belly is just one part your body likes to store its fat reserves.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

lots of cardio and stay hydrated. also check with your dr. to see what he or she might suggest.
crunches are good too.
eat healthy foods like berries and green leafy vegetables which contain antioxidants.
also food in moderation. if you want a piece of cake-only have one. try to limit red meats and eat more chicken and fish if you can.
just my opinion. hope this helps.
