Legally, you can't. Lortabs are narcotic painkillers and require scripts in the U.S. You could try shopping online. I've heard of people getting them on the internet, but buyer beware.
If you are in legit pain, a dr. will prescribe something for you. Why are you trying to buy without a script? Yours already run out?

Okay, here's what ya do...
Go to the seediest part of your city. Dress like a homeless person so you don't get your *** kicked. Find the slick looking fellow in the pleather coat. Sidle up to him and tell him you don't want his heroin but are instead looking for Lortabs.
Or you could go to a support group for prescription drug users. Make a friend that looks really doped up and invite them out for coffee. Reel this person in close to you. Get them to invite you to their house and ask to use the bathroom. Once in the restroom, raid their medicine cabinet. They may also store the drugs at their bedside. In which case you will have to distract them by making out with them and then say..."I could really use a cup of tea!" Once they leave the room to put the pot on then pocket the drugs.
Or you could go work in an old folks' home or some other facility where medication is served.

You need help. You are on wrong track. I have seen a lot of people losing a lot in life because of hydrocodone. Don't do this to yourself.
Don't treat your body as a dumpster, instead cleanse and purify it.
