find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

highly unlikely unless you are extremely obese. If you weigh over 350 then yes it might be possible with a shi.t ton of work and alot of mental strength. First you need to cut your daily diet down to somewhere between 1400 and 1800 calories. Smaller meals, about 4 to 5 of them that are alot healthier. Next you must exercise your *** off, literally. 70 pounds in 3 months is extremly hard to do and almost impossible. Most people shoot to lose 8 pounds the first week and then 1 to 2 pounds every week after. That is only like 40 pounds which is still awesome. You will need to do 2 a days if you are serious. Waking up early and walking 2 to 3 miles, or running 1 to 2. Then later in the day run another 1 to 2 miles or walk 2 to 3. Thats the mental part, but remember its only 3 months of your whole life that is gonna be hell. Running burns more calories per time than almost anything (except for sex).
