ok im like 10 yrs old and pretty short and i weigh like 120 lbs and i wanna loose it A.S.A.P..... do u kno any ways tohelp a lil gurl loose like @ least 20 or 30 lbs????

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

i'm 20 5'4" and 130lbs. i'm no longer fat in any respect. i think of you're only appropriate on your length, i dont understand approximately age in spite of the incontrovertible fact that. You shouldnt subject approximately your weight at that age. in case you exercising regularly you would be good. think of in terms of in great condition rather of fat. particularly muscular people weigh extra because of the fact muscle weighs extra.

it is not uncommon for a girl your age to put on a little extra weight because your getting close to puberty! it is natural and when you hit puberty it will go away fast. no need to worry! until then maybe you could go outside and play more and eat more veggies and less candy and watch less t.v. ! and why is your mom letting you ask this question here? why dont you ask her! but trust me your fine just the way you are and when you get a bit older it will go away! ask-your-mom!!!!!!!!!!!
