I was brought back 2 times. Not knowing how long i was down, I was wondering if there is any possibility of my short term memory being affected.

It's not the shock of the defibulator that would cause the memory loss, it would be the lack of oxygen to the brain. Your brain is pretty sensitive to oxygen (or lack there of). If enough time passed with your heart not pumping any blood out (v-fib) you'd loose brain cells.

Since you are sitting in front of the computer and typing coherant sentences, I am going to say you had a pretty good outcome.

As previously stated, it is not the electricity that affects the brain it is the period that your heart is not pumping correctly and your brain is deprived of oxygen that causes damage. THe quicker your heart gets restarted the better outcome.
