find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

First off, it's lose, not loose. Loose is how clothes would fit. Lose is to be missing something. If you're going to correct someone, atleast be right when you do. Moving on. Losing weight in a month or two isn't difficult. You have to figure how much weight you want to lose to begin with. Something like five pounds would be ideal. Next you have to look at you diet. Are you eatting a lot of high sugar, high carb foods? These kind of foods produce an insulin spike which forces your body to retain glycogen and store it as body fat. If you can eat 4-6 smaller meals through out the day, higher protein and lower carb meals, you'll speed up your metabolism. A higher metabolism will result in more calories used and ultimately more weight lost. Getting out and exercising (running, weights, etc) will add to the caloric reduction and have you losing weight in no time. Use the mirror as a judge, not a scale as muscle is heavier than fat. If you have any questions, e-mail me. Good luck.

Talk to your doctor and do it the healthy way!
Eat healthier. Replace candy bars, chips, ect with fruit or veggies.
Drink LOTS of water.
No Softdrinks.
Lighter on the meats, especially beef.
Eat Breakfast
Get plenty of sleep
Move more, eat less.
These things usually help me but everyone is different and its best to see what your doc recommends.

Hi, There is a lot of great information you can find just by searching around the internet. Here is a good place to start.
I highly recommend and eBook (electronic book) called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". You can download it here: http://www.wideopenebooks.com/Recommends/BURNFAT.html

Good Luck.
