I just can't stand using Nair. I'm looking for a hairless torso (except for the underarms). I can't keep track of my back or even reach it. I don't wanna have anyone help me with it in my family or friends, and I'm too unsecure to get it done professional. Help please?

Let a pro do it. You will get much better results than trying to do it yourself.
Don't worry about...they do it all the time. There's no need to be insecure about it.

Try to learn to love your hair. Hair really is very sexy! If you fight it all your life, it will be a constant source of irritation and frustration, as it will just keep on growing, decade after decade. It is better to accept yourself the way nature intended you to be. You will save time, money, and annoyance by accepting your hair as a lovable part of who you are.
And hairless really does look freaky!

I have seen advertisements for permanent laser hair removal. I can't vouch for the technique, but have considered it myself, I hate shaving just my face, everyday.
