This is a workout I do everyday. I searched to find a pic but cant but I will do my best to explain it. You will need a hand weight 3-5lbs. A chair and yourself.

Face the chair towards you as if you would face it if you are going to straddle it. Pace one hand on the chair palm down. Keeping your back straight you should be bent to a comfortable angle.

With your other hand take the hand weight start at your side with your arm at a 45 degree angle, bring your arm and elbow towards the ceiling. Then switch arms. I do 3 sets of 15.

I feel like I am confusing you. Its so hard to explain when you already know how to do it. I do this everyday.

Use a dumbbell. It easy. Start with a low weight and work up or use the same weight with more reps. What you do is hold with both hands behind you head and raise up and down in a slow manner, We will say 1-2 seconds up and 1-2 seconds down. Many people think the faster you move the stronger you look and this not true. A slow steady movement is best. You can show off when the flab turn firm. I try to find you a picture.

Hi, There is a lot of great information you can find just by searching around the internet. Here is a good place to start.
I highly recommend and eBook (electronic book) called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". You can download it here: http://www.wideopenebooks.com/Recommends/BURNFAT.html

Good Luck.
