I had some delicious soup at restaurant called Chicken Quesadilla soup. It had tomato (but some sort of cream or milk in it since it looked like cream of tomato soup) chicken, corn, black beans, onions and peppers and chili powder in it and was served with crushed tortilla chips. Anybody have any good recipes?

I really want to make a dessert without running to the store. Here is what I have.

Flour
Sugar
Powder Sugar
Eggs
Salt / any other seasoning too
Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter
Oats
Oil/Crisco

It's hard for me to think of something especially because most recipes call for baking powder or baking soda, which I'm all out of. If you know what I can make I'd love to hear it. Thank you.

i've seen some blenders with good reviews that only have 2 speeds. Shouldn't they have more than 2? I can definitely see how you'd only need 2 i suppose.

I cook it on a frying pan, cut up, sometimes it comes out tender sometimes it doesn't. whats the deal? When i wait for it to get brown it's to chewy and not juicy, if i take it off the pan before it browns then it looks like its uncooked, but tastes good. so how long do i have to fry each side for? any tips?

I have a meatloaf recipe that calls for a pound of ground beef. After you have mixed in all ingredients, you seperate the meat into four miniature loaves. Then, you cook them at 400 F. for a total of 18 minutes. My mom insists this is too little of a time and that all the meatloaves she has ever mad she cooked for an hour or more. I tried to say that since the meat is in four smaller pieces it cooks faster. Who's right??!
