Hey i need a chocolate chip cookie recipe that makes nice flat and chewy cookies.
i want them to look like the first picture, NOT the second picture:

see how the second picture is fat and crunchy looking and the first ones are flat and chewy looking? i want the chewy looking ones. also, i need the recipe to be home tested. i dont want one that you havent used before cuzz i need to know that they work out the way that i want them to. thanks.

I did as a similar question a day or two ago but I really didn't focus on the scallops a whole lot. I bought these at the local grociery store they were frozen and I'm just not sure are they like shrimp? Do they need to be cleaned a certain way? How long should they be cooked for? I know a million and once questions I just want to be sure I go about this right, and why is it best they are marinated in milk and do they need to be thawed out completely before beginning the marinade, about how long should they sit in the milk for, shortest time possible I guess? I always use the recipe on the can of pumpkin and it seems to call for too much evaporated milk. When I mix it, it splatters everywhere and is so runny. The pie always comes out tasting great, but I hate the mess. What would happen if I cut back the amount of evap. milk it calls for?

I personally LOVE cheesecake, but through out the years, i get some and it's way sweeter then what it use to be and really doesn't have that cheese cake flavor like back in the days.
