Stew meat will be tough.Use a better cut of beef such as sirloin.
Chicken, shrimp and pork are also very good.If using pork, get a good cut such as tenderloin.

As my family does not eat red meat we always use Chicken that we marinate in Italian dressing first for about a half hour first. We also cook it on a very hot grill that makes sure that it cooks quickly and with out drying out.

No - stew meat will be like shoe leather on the grill. You need to use either Filet, or a sirloin roast.

I'd go with Chicken or in our meat section they have the meat that they cut up for kabobs.....it actually says it on the label it is usualy tender after you cook it too.....so go for either chicken or kabob meat.....if you can't find it try a rib eye meat.

best meat is chicken because it has the ability to take on any flavor and taste great, and it can be $ wise.
