This is the best chili recipe I have ever tried. I'm not sure where the recipe originated, but it is amazing! Sometimes, I don't bother adding all four cans of the kidney beans and it still turns out wonderful. Once anyone tastes this chili, they will be begging for the recipe!! Enjoy! Simple Carribean chilli sauce:

3-4 Mangoes chopped roughly
12-20 Scotch Bonnet chillis depending on how hot you want it
50ml white wine vinegar
salt to taste
tablespoon of sugar

Blend all of the above and keep in the fridge in an old sauce bottle for up to 6 weeks.

I get dried red chillis and gur (molasses) and boil them together until it is thick and sweet. You buy the gur from Indian shops.
