I know avocados are great for dip..any more Dips receipts that are healthy.Thanx in advance!=)

I use this one for people who have their waists in mind.

Take whatever amount of plain vanilla yogurt (depending on how many people your serving) strain it for an hour or more (in cheese cloth or a fine mesh strainer) till its the consistency of a thick mayo. Add to this 1-2 table spoons of light mayo or alternatively use 1-2 table spoons of butter milk mix well, add whatever your favorite herbs are or just add a package onion soup for a nice onion dip unless of course you plan on doing some kissing later.

This is a good base for a creamy dip add whatever you like and play with it try different things till you get the flavor you after.

Receipts are the slips of paper you get at the store that says how much you paid for something.

A recipe is a list of instructions for preparing a dish.

I guess if you went to the store and bought some dip, then you would have a dip receipt. Sure, it would have a lot of fiber, but it probably wouldn't be that tasty.
