I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here.

Are you asking WHICH cc (by which, I am assuming you mean community colleges) have cooking courses?

That can be solved by visiting the websites of colleges near you, and browing their offered courses.

Assuming you mean community colleges, you didn't give us any idea what Community you live in so we can't give you a decent answer.

Some high schools and vocational schools also offer cooking classes as part of their adult education programs.
