I can make them crispy, but they keep going flat when baked. They don't stay high in a mound like the original Famous Amos.

Any ideas? Btw, I don't believe in the recipes circulating on the internet that he used bisquick, or instant coffee, or powdered milk, or cocoa of all things.

I've got a great white chocolate mudcake mix that I want to use to make a layered cake (torte). Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should use to fill the layers? I was thinking a white chocolate ganache, but the idea of that sounds a bit too sweet and gooey. Please put forward some ideas and I'll pick the best!

My whole 2 lb chicken has been in the oven at 375 degrees since 6 o' clock. The skin isn't even a golden brown yet. It's still very light. I keep basting it very half hour. It's not browning yet. Recipe said it should be ready after an hour an a half. What's wrong, what should I do?
