I wanna cook/bake something. I'm in a wheelchair and can't reach the stove/oven, my mom is too sick to help me, and when my sister gets home she has stuff to do. Any suggestions of anything I can make without the oven/stove? Something not salty, or sweet. I'm not in the mood for sweets, and am on a low salt diet.

Today I made a chocolate cake, a ruhbarb crumble, an American chocolate pie and a chicken and vegetable puff pastry pie! all very satisfying and made me feel quite good about myself, it doesn't take too long either....i was in the kitchen for 2 hours. So come on mums get cooking!

I love my own cooking,
but fed up of the way i do my chicken.
Always tastes nicer when my partner does it ,
even thou he uses the same ingredients as me.

My son just got promoted into a new class at his preschool. In this class the kids get to take their own lunches out to the lunch tables and eat, but because I usually pack something that needs heating first or needs to stay cool, his lunchbox is usually empty and he feels left out having to wait for the teachers to bring him something seperately. Are there any foods (other than a standard PB & J of course) anyone can recommend that dont need to be kept chilled but that a toddler would still eat?

I bought alot of chicken fillets from a local market on Sunday morning and when I unwrapped them I realised that they smell really bad. (Sorry to be vulgar but they smell like "passed wind"). There were around 20 pieces in a vacuum sealed bag, but when I separated them to freeze them the smell was awful.

Are they safe to eat? IS this how it normally smells when you unwrap alot of chicken wrappped together?

I dont wanna get ill... many thanks.xx
