Here's the one i usually make. Contains soy, which is different than some smoothies. I love it. Still looking to improve it, though.

2-3 frozen strawberries.
1/3 to 1/2 medium banana
10-20 frozen blueberries
2-3 frozen blackberries (optional)

put all of this stuff into the blender. Then fill up with soy milk (i prefer plain Silk) to 1 1/2 cups. Blend!

You can add more fruit if you want it to be thicker. I add 1/2 a scoop mixed berry protein powder for an extra boost (add the powder while blending so it doesn't get stuck on the bottom).

Serves 1. Enjoy!

Four peeled bananas, and the flesh o two mangos, 1/4 cup sugar, two cups of milk, full strength none of that chalky mix.
Put it all in a blender and let it come to a nice smooth mix. Either serve right away or put it in the freezer for about an hour. It is very good and good for you

Simple Superbly Low-Fat Smoothie Yummy!

Silken Tofu (Chilled)
Mango & Strawberry (Frozen)
Honey or 1 Tbspn of Sugar
Apple Juice

You can pretty much eyeball how much you want to put in so I didn't put any measurements.

Smoothies are really flexible; you can pretty much put in anything you want. Here is the basic formula I use: First, you need something for flavor (fruit, fruit juice, honey, green tea, etc). Then you need something for body (yogurt, tofu, etc.). Then you need something to chill (ice cubes, frozen fruit or berries, etc.). If desired, add something extra for health (protein powder, wheat germ, Benefiber, etc.) Toss it all in a blender and let 'er rip. I like to use vanilla yogurt, ice cubes, frozen bananas, orange juice, honey, and pineapple chunks for a tropical flavor, but you can use anything you want.

We use this recipe all the time. Take orange juice, ice milk sugar and vanilla and blend it all together. You can add any kind of fruit you want. Kids can make it, really simple.
