I cut up the meat of choice into 1/4 in strips x 3 inches long. Season with fajita seasoning/liquid smoke. Cook until done and add veggies and simmer until tender. Taste so great!!!!

Here's a great spice mix to have available to cook fajita meat. I mainly use this on chicken, but it's also good with beef. Just sprinkle all over the meat when you're either frying it or grilling it:

1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Enjoy!

depends on what kind of meat you want to use, beef, chicken or carnitas (pork). i would recommend carnitas. buy pork from the store, whatever size you want, use as cut from the butt of the shoulder or ask someone in the meat dept. for a good carnitas cut. Put it in a casserole dish with a splash of tequila, a little sea salt and a under 1/4 cup of olive oil. cover and cook 3-4 hrs at 325 degrees until it falls apart with fork. if you like it to be a little more healthy, drain fat every hr and add a little more tequilla

Our local groceries have pre-seasoned fajita meat if you don't want to do it all yourself. It's pretty good for a fast dinner.

well you can go to your local grocery store and get the fajita seasoning for your meat, then you need to get bell peppers green, red, yellow and onions, fry all them up, then you will also need to top the fajitas, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, salsa, tortillas, ummmmmmmmm soooo good.

properly, you ought to use the chicken. decrease the peppers good distance, use the two pink and green, some onion which you decrease in rings, a million can of chicken broth, salt pepper, a sprint chicken seasoning, and another vegies. Brown the chick, pour the broth on, put in all the different ingreds and cover and prepare dinner on the best of the range in a extensive fry pan for about 40 5 minutes slow. throw in some potatoes and carrots and you have an entire meal.
