I have unsweetened baking squares and feel like making fudge. Any ideas of how to turn the baking squares into semi-sweet?

Im sure you could add sugar and melt it but that seems a little to easy for the cooking world. I would wait for a better response :)

Eat the unsweetened baking squares, then go buy some semi-sweet ones. ;)

You could try making fudge with the unsweetened... I have a lot of diabetics in my family, so we cut about 1/2 of the sugar in most of our recipies, and usually the food tastes better!
