Vegimite is a really weird paste made by Kraft that is sold in tubes in Australia and Australia only, well, maybe New Zealand too. They eat it like we eat butter. My folks have tried it and they say it's really gross. A sandwich would be putting that stuff between slices of bread. Tada! A vegimite sandwich!
P.S. The above website listed does not actually say what's in that stuff, just that it's full of B vitamins and good for you, your guess is as good as mine!

Vegimite is the Australian version of and similar in taste to Marmite in the UK.
It's made from yeast, and is a very dark, salty spread used in sandwiches and on crackers. A little goes a long way.
Personally, I hate the stuff!

It is a couple of slices of bread spread with butter an on one piece Vegemite is spread. The second slice of bread is placed on top and the whole thing is cut in half and consumed.
Lettuce or Cheese also goes well

it sooooo good its u have to get the butter to vegimite ratio right or it may taste bad make sure the color is brown not black or it will probably taste to strong. PS. make sure the butter sinks in for the best taste
