You forgot to mention chewy crust!
I like crust that is crispy on the bottom, but soft and a bit chewy throughout.
I hate the paper thin cracker crust on most thin crust pizzas!

It looks like you and I wouldn't get along over the dinner table - it has to be crispy for me.
WHen I eat a pizza, I like to really taste the toppings rather than the bread. If you like a soft pan-style crust you might as well be eating a focaccia.
