can you freeze already cooked scrambled ground chuck?

Yes. I buy the family packs of ground beef, ground chuck, etc. and brown it all, drain it good and put it in zip-lock bags and freeze it. It makes it sooo handy when you want to make chili, sloppy joes or anything requiring ground meat in a hurry.
