I am wondering if anyone has ever tried washing and cutting potatoes the night before for mashed potatoes. If I keep them in water overnight will they be okay or will something happen to them(like get mushy or turn brown anyway)?I am just trying to cut down on time wherever I can. Thanks in advance!
