I have to let them cool but can I leave them out all night or should I put them in the refridgerator? I put a sour cream glaze on top as well and that's cooked too but I'm still unsure. I've always had cheesecake cold anyways....I should have just bought the instant...

I am making some potatoes for Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I would love a great recipe. I am able to go out and buy stuff, but I would prefer not to. I mean I have butter, and potatoes, parsley, and garlic; I would love an amazing recipe though. Thank you in advance. =]

Dumb me? Bought mussels 5 days ago and threw them in the freezer - can I cook them? My first instinct was to put them in with the other frozen foods. Now I want to cook them tomorrow - they are in the refrigerator now. Can I still cook them?

Mine is a no cook cranberry sauce:
1 pkg fresh cranberries, 1 large seedless orange (cut in 8), 1 cup sugar - puree. It is awesome. (Also totally good on ice cream)

What is your secret recipe?
