I want to maked a crab dip like I had at a particular restraunt. I even found out that they used gouda and parmesan cheeses in their dip, but when I try to make it, it comes out stringy. Not creamy like theirs. I was wondering if their was something I should be adding (like sour cream or something) that would make it creamier.

I want them to turn out more "light and fluffy". I use yeast, sugar, salt, dry milk, shortening, and eggs. Any ideas of why this may be?

A family friend use to make coleslaw using top the tater and miracle whip. I can't remember what else though.
Anyways I don't have any vinegar which I've heard used in alot of coleslaw recipes.
Does anyone know of some basic coleslaw recipes that do not require vinegar?
And is it neccesary to use sugar?

What'd like to know is whether its a chicken INSIDE a duck inside a turkey...Is it?
Personally, I prefer any of the three solo, leaning slightly toward chicken.
But one each seems appropriate for a large group of gorgers tomorrow.
Bon appetite.
