Spicy sausages like brats but it's not the same andouille is very spicy and a lot less fatty than most sausages

Any sort of good, spicy sausage. Honestly, even when I lived in Louisiana, I usually just got regular sausage, or rather one of the light kinds. Healthy Choice was the brand I used, I think.
