Yes but it will need to be rethickend upon reheating. After you defrost - reheat to bubbly stage and add a slurry of 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water to heated mixture and let reconstitute.

Yes, and you can freeze chicken stock and beef stock to skim of grease. As someone else mentioned NEVER put hot soups or gravies in the fridge. This hold it a perfect temp for bacteria.

Yep, first it goes from liquid to jello THEN if left in long enough it becomes a gravy cube/chunk. It takes a while to thaw out though.

Yes. Put it in a Ziploc bag. Push as much air out of the bag as possible(to prevent freezer burn). Seal. Put into Freezer. It will stay good for at least 3 months.
