If you cook the bird at a low heat, say 250 and cook it slowly you won't have to worry to much about it being to dry. to reheat it tomorrow you do the same thing, heat it at a low heat and use the juices from the bird to baste it. Baste it often. If you do this your turkey just fine and not to dry, so the answer to your question is YES

How to roast a turkey (overnight method)
After you have stuffed, buttered, and seasoned the turkey, place it in a pan and cover it with foil. Tuck it down around sides of turkey but not over edges of pan. At bedtime, place turkey in a very slow oven (250 F), Cook turkey 30 minutes per pound. Set the alarm clock and go to bed.
When the alarm goes off, get up and turn off the oven heat, leaving the door closed. An hour before serving, remove turkey from oven and preheat the oven to 325F. Brush the outside skin with pan drippings, using pastry brush. Return uncovered turkey to oven and cook 1 hour, brushing with pan drippings at at 15 minute intervals. The bird will be beautifully browned in an hour.

I have always had great results with this method.

A turkey done the night before tastes totally different than when it is done the same day. If you really have to, you can reheat it but make sure you use very low heat and keep it in the oven a bit longer. Make sure your temperature is low, which will keep the turkey from drying out.

Here's something I saw yesterday on Rachael Ray's show. She had a roasting pan with simmering chicken broth on the stove, and put the leftover turkey slices into the broth. It's a good way to heat the meat and put the moistness back in.

Yes, of course you can......I cook a turkey the night before sometimes because I have so much to cook. It will be fine and it won't dry out quickly. Let it cool and then refrigerate.

Yes, if you want to. However, you must refrigerate it after you cook it. Why not wait until tomorrow to bake it?
