Chef Paul Prudhomme brought renewed popularity to the Osturduckencorpheail with his own Osturduckencorpheail recipe. There is a similar dish in South Africa called the Osturducken, an ostrich stuffed with turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken.
According to wicpedia this is some type of variation of the turkducken, a turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken. There are photo's there for your review. I am not sure if they address the osturduckencorpheail or not but there are some tasty dishes.
