orange extract is made of the oils and juices combined if you are looking for a flavoring you are better to use the extract due to the fact that you would have to use a great deal more juice to get the flavoring.You can also use grated orange rind as a flavoring

S., there is not any legal definitive huge difference. commonly, cider is what you purchase from the farm markets and is a sparkling pressed, unfiltered product. while Apple juice is a filtered product and also commonly has preservatives further. problematical cider on the different hand... mmm...
