Don't cook it over night.

350 degrees, 15 min/pound thawed and unstuffed.

You don't need to start it before noon.

In a smoker, 2 to 3 times as long.

Do Not Broil you will start a fire!
OK
Since your guests will not be arriving until 4pm there is no need to cook overnight. Begin at 11:00 am and cook at 350 until 3:30 baste every 35min or use a self basting oven bag. If you will be cooking the bird stuffed start cookin 1 hour earlier. Use the extra time to bake pies, yams, bread, etc. Happy Thanksgiving - enjoy your family and friends!

A 13 lb. turkey should only take about 4 hours at the most, so don't cook it overnight. And BAKE only, don't broil. Broil is extremely high heat from the top of the oven. It's used for quickly browning things, like garlic bread, stuff like that, or making quick meals like kabobs.

go to a cooking site like allrecipes.com. Turkeys only have to cook about an hour for each 4 pounds. A 13 pound turkey will be done in 3 hours. If you bake it overnight, your house is liable to burn down!!!

You do not need to cook it overnight. It will only take about 4 hours or so to cook. Bake it at 350F. Here is a link to help you plan:

well you dont want to do it overnight, it might burn. so first thing when you get up, put it on 375 degrees, (a 13lb turkey should take about 4-5 hours depending on how juicy you want it) and it should be fine. just bake will do. broil will burn...lol =]

Perhaps others can help with the temp and setting, but I know that it will probably take about 4.5 hours to cook.

I think if you cook it that far in advance you will have very dry turky, maybe even jerky turkey, cook it on the day your guest arrive !!!
