Not from Baton Rouge, but close!

Make the cornbread in advance and then break it up. Add eggs, butter and dried sage and parsley, salt and pepper. When I lived down your way always used to make it with oysters - best turkey dressing in the world. Don't like oysters? You can throw in some toasted pecans - delicious!
